AJUI has not yet had an official release, however the nightly build can be downloaded at:

http://ajui.sourceforge.net/nightly

If you would like to compile the source code you can access the source code via sourceforge.net's anonymous subversion server. You can go here for instructions on how to access the AJUI SVN repository.
