Because AJUI is in the early stages of development there is no formal documentation. You can however browse the AJUI javadocs online available at:

http://ajui.sourceforge.net/nightly/javadoc/

The nightly javadocs are generated at midnight prior to the nightly build. Because they are based on what is in Subversion, they are not to be considered "stable", and are subject to change.
